-- The way I work is through giving information and after exploring a persons personal diet I will design for
     each individual a fun and easy way towards a better health routine. You can see it as ; slowly peeling away
     bad diet habits and as more and more layers are removed you will then more clearly see the new direction
     you are walking. -- I am NOT selling products of any kind. -- The only investment a person needs to make is
     their own will and desire to succeed  --

ARE THERE ANY GUARANTIES THIS WORKS?

-- There are never any guaranties in life ! If a person is ready to take a new journey and decides to take the
     responsibilities for themselves and/or their family to become more aware towards a more healthier lifestyle
     then a major step is taken. Changes are not all ways easy but you can only try and even when the time has
     not come to make changes yet you will all ways learn allot and in "time to come your time will come".

IS FOLLOWING THIS DIET APPROACH AS YOU RECOMMEND IT EXPENSIVE?

-- " What is your health worth to you? " is my question back to you. At first it can appear to be more expensive
     but I will help you to make adjustments to your current routine so it is not necessarily more expensive than
     what your presently spending  on your well being, even so in due time you will learn that your shopping bill
     will even become more friendly --

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

-- There are many factors involved when one desires to lose weight. Sure losing weight will be the nice side
     effect when  somebody follows and sticks to the suggested diet I support. I need to stress that my approach
     is to educate a person to adopt a different way of eating which can not be compared with the numerous
    Jo-Jo-diets that are out there which are un-natural and are destined to fail as many people found out. --

WHERE DO YOU HOLD YOUR CONSULTATIONS?

-- I see people at places they desire -- I do home visits ( after the first initial consultation ) but will start with
    a convenient friendly setting in the  area where we in a relaxed environment can explore the many
    challenges of diet and well being. --
